RETECH Australia ("RETECH") is proudly owned by BEVTECH Australia Pty. Ltd., a privately held investment company registered in 2018 to build a local business venture following the Directors relocation back to WA from working interstate and overseas for over two decades.

RETECH was subsequently established with the purpose and vision of blending 30 years of broad Australian + International knowledge and experience in the Real Estate industry with local business & market opportunities. Our core Services under Tenancy and Consulting are offered across primarily the Residential & Commercial property sectors to Owners, Occupiers, Developers and Agencies.

RETECH has invested in the acquisition of companies with the resources and capabilities that help promote a heathy, growing and sustainable business and to underscore our vision and commitment to provisioning best-in-class Real Estate services covering Perth, Northern and Southern districts. This strategy combined with our Spirit of Partnership ethos has resulted in RETECH securing a high rate of retention with Clients who also appreciate the results driven value-add, flexible and uniquely diverse range of Services.

RETECH resources bring extensive Australian & International multi disciplinary experience from working within the recognised fields of Design, Planning, Workplace Consulting, Property Management, Project Management, Facility Management, Lease Administration and Tenancy Services. 

RETECH is an active professional member of the Project Management Institute (PMI) and Western Australia chapter and has NDIS clearance for nominated employees to work with NDIS tenanted properties.
