RETECH involve all aspects of the build to provide greater control over quality, time and cost considerations as well as the overall design statement across single or multiple sites.

In Commercial terms, Strategic Planning positively impacts the $/SM costs for any facility footprint and is the first step when assessing a new site or reconfiguring an exisiting. Stress testing building efficiency against qualified & quantified functional & technical requirements will positively contribute to Time + Cost in the project phase and OPEX over the life of the facility.
